Some street art i did on a legal wall in Liverpool.

A wall in my house

The creature drawn on the wall in black will soon be painted over in pastel pink to fit with our redecoration of the bedroom. 

I might have been sad about this if I didn't think for one second that this current design was truly awful for anything other than art studio or a depressed artists squat. However after taking this photograph I was inspired by the admitdly acidental arrangement and composition of my created images, in regards to the laying out my work for future exhibitions. Combining canvas art and flyer art of different thicknesses as well as mural type illustration actually drawn onto the wall. It makes for a much more exciting and interesting viewing experience as appose to such a standard exhibition of framed pictures hanging side by side at right angles.

Something I've been working on today

I was lucky enough to recently acquire a printer and scanner for my computer, and have begun to discover a fantastic world of DIY zine possibilities and new techniques that have inspired me in many new directions. 

This piece was hand drawn using a fine line Uniball Eye pen, on standard matte printer paper. Which i then scanned onto my computer and with the help of Photoshop, I mirrored accordingly to give this symmetrical circle of creature. Though I am really happy with how it looks so far. This is just the beginning of what will be a long process. 

I intend to now print this image onto A3 paper and add more creatures then scan back in and edit on photoshop again. I've not decided how many times i will do this. but i hope that by the end of it, this piece will be busy and alive with massive amounts of intricate detail and creepy imagery. Yet from a distance still look like some sort of weird doily.
