Pandemik Logo Design

This was a band logo design i was asked to do for the Liverpool Heavy Metal band "Pandemik".

They wanted something 'Metal" so i chose to do something based loosely on the Sepultura - Roots Bloody Roots album art, which is quite tribal and natural looking.With lettering being made out of tree roots.i liked the idea of interlocking swirls and lines not unlike Art Nouveau but also not unlike a big massive hairy hells angel either.They were happy with my result nevertheless, and ive since heard there's tee shirts been printed with the design on.
